Thanks for supporting the responsible use of our riverfront!
You may support our efforts by helping to offset our legal fees. Our legal battle requires significant funds to retain our lawyer and pay the appeals fees. At this point we are not a registered non-profit organization, thus we recommend that you donate directly to help pay for our lawyer’s (Jan Wilson) services in our legal battle.
Tax-deductible donations can be made to the non-profit Western Environmental Law Center with a note that the funds are to be used for the ConnectingEugene appeal. Your kind donations will help to offset our costs, which at this point largely come out of our own pockets, and to maintain a public riverfront in Eugene!
